During our genealogical researching, we have just discovered the following

This allows you to find out the distribution of your surname in 1888 and 1998. It's the result of a research project by University College, London and is fascinating stuff. Well worth a visit.

There's not much that hacks us off more than someone passing themselves off as one of us - especially when it's in an attempt to perpetrate a 'Nigerian 419' type scam. Read about it here:
