Springbourne is a small suburb of Bournemouth roughly shaped like a wedge of cheese.
It is currently bounded on the north by the A338 Wessex Way and the south by the Weymouth to London Waterloo railway line. Its easterly boundary is delineated by King's Park Drive in, strangely enough, King's Park and its westerly boundary forms the point of the cheese wedge where the railway line meets the A338 Wessex Way. An Ordnance Survey map of Springbourne can be seen by clicking on this link. Although before the A338 cut a swathe through the residential suburbs, Its northern boundary was Holdenhurst Road.
It forms part of the East Cliff and Springbourne political ward.
